Description of RA Role: The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing a safe living and learning environment for students living in the residence halls. He/she will help develop a strong community at Shenandoah and serve as a campus resource. Through individual and group experiences, RAs provide opportunities for students to gain competency in many areas of their life. The Resident Assistant (RA) is an integral part of the Office of Residential Life and the campus community.
