Recreation Information Center
The Recreation Information Center located at the East Campus Commons exists to promote healthy active lifestyles through recreational and experiential opportunities. Our programs and services enhance physical , intellectual, and social development while fostering community and building relationships.
It is our goal to provide all Shenandoah University student, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in enjoyable, organized, recreational activities. This will also allow time for stress relief and social interaction with a diverse student body. We would like to challenge everyone to have physical awareness not only in their experience with Shenandoah but for years to come. Live happy! Stay fit.
The staff here are passionate about creating a fitness experience to help you get the most out of life. We hope to provide opportunities for all SU students, faculty, and staff to stay fit through the use of our state-of-the-art equipment and classes.
